Magnolia Seattle Real Estate
Magnolia is one of the most popular places to live in all of the Seattle Metro. As the second largest neighborhood in Seattle, , it occupies a hilly peninsula that is just northwest of downtown. This provides isolation from the city while still being close enough to have a quick commute. It is connected to the rest of Seattle only by three bridges over the tracts of the BNSF Railway.
One of Magnolia’s best features is the Magnolia Park, at the south end of the neighborhood. This park offers breathtaking views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, and the city skyline. Throughout the other parks of Magnolia you can find eagles, herons, falcons, foxes, and beavers. There are also several miles of trials that lace the neighborhood.
